In your own vehicle, yes. In someone else’s car, there’s no law against it, but you might want to check with the driver first. Now, if your renting a vehicle, you’ll need to check with the rent-a-car company first before you decide to puff on your e-cig, as there are some rent-a-car companies that classify vaping as smoking, hence they prohibit it.
